WORK BARD PLAY BARD #2 at the Pleasance. Come and see our show!
Hallo all joue le genre blog readers,
they may only be two of you but I feel it is worth writing.
So in October Emma (that's me) performed an extract from To She or Not to She at the Pleasance at Work Bard Play Bard with Smooth Faced Gentlemen. (Except it was called 'A Personal Front' then, but I decided that was deathly dull.)
It went really well (phew) and then I played a murderer in Macbeth at the Shakespeare Suffle and now I am a Smooth Faced Gentleman! And I'm peforming another extract of the show as a guest, 'moving on up, moving on up', etc, etc.
Expect to see character monlogue, singing, Hamlet, and teenage crushes. Because oh yeahh this time it's lurve themed 'cus it's the day after Valentines. Sexy.
So I hope to see many faces there, and hopefully we can have a jolly good night of Shakespearean delights followed by a few bevys in the bar.
*IMPORTANT BIT* You CAN get tickets on the door, BUT it did get sold out last time so you may want to book in advance to avoid having to get the tube/bus all the way home again or having to sit in an expensive pub in Islington whilst everyone else gets to see the cool theatre.
Also, it stops us all from panicing, pressuming that we will have an audience of 24.
